Brandon joined Duke Integrative Immunobiology in September of 2018 and provides support to various laboratories within the department.

Job Duties

• Performs daily washing and autoclaving for assigned laboratories
• Maintains and orders supplies necessary to perform all autoclave and washing duties
• Obtains, cleans, sterilizes and wraps instruments, glassware and equipment, per label requirements
• Disposes of all biowaste as defined by internal guidelines
• Provides service for closing out vacated laboratories and disposes of chemicals
• Prepares items to be sent to Surplus
