Christie Flintosh is a Senior Grants Manager supporting the Departments of Integrative Immunobiology and Neurobiology. She has more than 10 years of research administration experience at Duke University, providing comprehensive pre- and post-award support to faculty and research teams.

Job Duties

Christie’s primary faculty members are Drs. Diana Dou, Mike Krangel and Raphael Valdivia

• Provides leadership and oversight for grants administration supporting Integrative Immunobiology and Neurobiology, including supervision and development of grants administration staff. 
• Oversees and advises on complex pre- and post-award activities, including proposal development, budgeting, financial management, sponsor requirements, compliance, and award closeout. 
• Collaborates with faculty, department leadership, business managers, and administrative partners to resolve sponsored research issues and develop consistent, efficient grants management processes.
